Notary Services

 

  • Basic notary -$10 per page if no witness is needed


  • $25 authorization form/ witness
  • Last Will & Testament $200
  • Unlimited Notary Service $300

 





 

Notary Marriage Services 

 

  • Notary Marriage $30 within 10 miles of business location
  • Marriages $30 plus additional $30 travel fee over 20 miles from business address, $100 if 1hr away,
  • $25-$50 hr. for Wedding rehearsal

 




No personal checks are accepted. Only corporate checks, PayPal, or Credit Cards are acceptable forms of payment.




Grant Writing 

  • Small Grants $500-900 ($75 fee upfront and then 5% of the total grant received)
  • Medium Grants $1,000 to $5,000 ($200 fee upfront and then 5%of the total grant received)
  •  Large Grants $6,000 and higher ($400 fee upfront and then 5% of the total grant)
  • Letter of intents $20 per hour 
  •  Proposals 50$ per hour 



Tax Preparation

  •  Individual and Family Tax returns $150
  • Senior Tax returns $50 (60 and over)







Notary Services 

  • Basic Service $10 plus $2 each additional page
  • Marriages    $30 plus additional $25 travel fee over 20 miles from business address
